An input is used to isolate a zone for a predetermined period then automatically reset and de- isolate
Useful for night clubs, theatres, stages etc where smoke/fog machines are used during shows.
Switch is usually mounted on plate and clearly label ACF Isolate
Switch is used as a visual indication of a true isolate state. Used where client requires an obvious and simple single switch to isolate all plant, gas, deluge etc.
On a reset a relay will operate for a predetermined time
Used to reset beam and flame detectors or any device that need a momentary power interruption to reset
Changing Multi-Criteria detectors (Acclimates & Intelliquads) to run in thermal only mode
Function will force Acclimates to thermal only mode which is useful for stage shows night clubs where smoke/fog machines are used or during the day in loading docks or areas where machinery may cause unwanted alarms
Used to reannunciate a fault that has been present for x minutes
Where the end-user requires to re-sound the panel buzzer after a set period of time to alert nearby trained staff of an acknowledged fault.
Used to momentarily interrupt power to a device to reset it
Old beam and flame detectors latched in alarm and can only be reset by having the power toggled.
For changing setting on Acclimate detectors to thermal only
Used where shows, performances are on a regular basis. i.e. Can be pre-programmed to switch at 9:00 PM till 2:00AM everyday. Function will force Acclimates to thermal only mode which is useful for stage shows night clubs where smoke/fog machines are used also doesn’t require human intervention.
When Supply Air Fans are reset the stop modules will operate for 60 seconds until the Duct probe script clears
Script edited to have the stop modules remain inactive on an AC Reset, or panel power up
Example of typical scripting method for delaying trip to the brigade
Used in hotels, resorts etc where nuisance alarms are common Initiating the AIF will delay the brigade relay and allow staff time to check whether alarm is genuine
When the brigade requests to see the detector that was in alarm on the panel
When a zone has more than 1 detector a dedicated alarming VP is required for each point, therefore each detector requires 3 VP’s, One if it’s not Acknowledged, One if it is Acknowledged and one to look at both conditions, if it looks likely you will run out of VP’s Netpoints can be used.
